Abstract
Primary pancreatic lymphoma is rare and mimics adenocarcinoma of the pancreatic head. A 47 year old lady presented with a pancreatic head mass , diagnosed as DLBCL and was treated with R-CHOP. This case is presented due to its rarity, and recognising NHL as a differential for a pancreatic mass.
