Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound(CDUS) in diagnosing endometriosis.Methods 42 patients diagnosed endometriosis after caesarean section were treated with color digital ultrasonic Doppler imaging diagnostic system(SEQUOIA512) with high frequency ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among these 42 cases diagnosed endometriosis at abdominal incision,only one case was misdiagnosed.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has important clinical value due to its noninvasive,convenience,safety and repeatability.
