The Expressions of MMP-7、CD147 in Ovarian Endometriosis and Its Significances

Objective To detect the expressions of MMP-7 and CD147 in ovarian endometriosis.Methods The expressions of MMP-7 and CD147 were observed by immunohistochemistry in the ectopic and eutopic endometrium of 45 cases with ovarian endometriosis,using normal endometrium of 33 cases as contrast group.The detected results of MMP-7 and CD147 in tissues using image pro-plus 5.0 software,and analyzed the detected Results by SPSS11.5,with choosing IOD as evaluating parameter.Results(1) The positive expressions of MMP-7,and CD147 increased gradually from normal endometrium to eutopic endometrium and to ectopic endometrium.There were significant statistical differences of IOD between eutopic endometrium and normal endometrium,between eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometrium,and between ectopic endometrium and normal endometrium,respectively.(2) The expressions of CD147 and MMP-7 in ovarian endometriosis were positively correlated significantly.Conclusion The expressions of MMP-7 and CD147 may play key roles in occurrence of endometriosis.
