Abstract
Objective To investigate the regulation of apoptosis gene Bcl-2, Bax, p53 in the development of endometriosis in the role. Methods Immunoh istochemistry SP method detected in patients with endometriosis and 60 cases of pelvic endometriosis and 40 normal eutopic endometrial tissue in the Bcl-2, Bax, p53 expression. Results Bcl-2 expression in ectopic endometrium and eutopic stronger than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(Pvalues0.05),Bax staining in ectopic endometrium than the reign of the intensity of film group and the control group, the difference was statistically significant((Pvalues0.05); p53 in normal endometrium and endometriosis eutopic endometrium was negative in endometriosis ectopic endometrium of patients with positive expression rate was 20%,expression levels were significantly higher than in normal endometrium and endometrium, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Apoptosis regulator Bcl-2 gene , Bax, p53 in the development of endometriosis play an important role.
