Applications of Hysteroscopy Combined with Laparoscopy in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Infertility

Objective:To explore the application effect of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility.Method:82 patients with infertility in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 years were analyzed retrospectively,and all patients were diagnosed and treated by hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy.Result:In the 82 cases of infertility,37 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease;23 patients with Endometriosis;12 patients with polycystic ovary;6 patients with ovarian cysts and 4 patients with Intrauterine adhesions were diagnosed by hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy.Treated by hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy,48 cases of tubal patency(58.5%),passable cases were 19(23.2%),15 cases were not passable(18.3%).All patients were followed up for 6～l2 months after treatment of the hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy,43 patients were pregnant,and the pregnant rate was 52.4%.Conclusion:The treatment effect of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility is significant,and the operation wound is small;patients can quickly recover,the postoperative complications rate is low,and the pregnant rate is higher.To sum up,diagnosis and treatment by hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy is a safe and effective method to infertility,and is worthy of further popularization and application.
