Abstract
The aim of this study was the assessment of the morpho-structural peculiarities of endometrium and ovaries in patients suffering of relapsing endometrial hyperplasia (REH) in periand postmenopausal period. 32 females in periand postmenopausal period suffering of REH were examined. All patients were operated. They were done extirpation of the uterus with appendages. The patients were divided into two groups. The I group consisted of 17 patients suffering of relapsing diffuse endometrial hyperplasia (RDEH). The II group included 15 patients suffering of relapsing local endometrial hyperplasia (RLEH). The analysis of results of investigation showed that the course of RDEH is hyperestrogenia. It is resulting of ovarian hormone-active structures and estrogens that are in adipose tissue. The treatment of patients suffering of RDEH consist of hormone therapy and laparoscopic adnexectomy. The course of RLEH is chronic inflammatory of basal line of endometrium that resulting to degenerative-proliferative processes of uterus mucosa and to polyps. The treatment of patients suffering pf RLEH necessary to begin cutting polyps with hysteroscopyc control, to do selective endometrial destruction, antibiotic and metabolic therapy.
