Abstract
This correspondent report on Ireland and International Law in 2020 provides an overview to developments relating to COVID-19, Brexit, Ireland’s election to the UN Security Council, new international agreements entered into by Ireland, positions taken by Ireland in relation to a range of foreign conflicts, and Ireland’s engagement with international human rights mechanisms, international disarmament, climate change, peacekeeping, international development and diaspora affairs.
