Abstract
Social media has become an important part of everyday life, especially among teenagers. This research examines the role of social media in changing teenagers' lifestyles, including social, cultural and psychological aspects. Social media provides a platform for teenagers to communicate, share information and express themselves, but it also greatly influences their lifestyle. The research results show that social media use can influence teenagers' communication patterns, self-esteem, and cultural and consumption habits. On the one hand, social media can increase connections and access to information, but on the other hand, it can cause problems such as addiction, online bullying and mental health disorders. Therefore, it is important for parents, educators and policy makers to understand these dynamics and take appropriate steps to maximize the positive benefits of social media and minimize the negative impact on teenagers' lifestyles
