Abstract
The objective of research is to estimate duration and efficiency of postoperative anesthesia and influence on aggregation function of platelets at patients after surgical interventions on pelvic organs at various ways of preoperative introduction with xefocam (lornoxicam). The design of research. The efficiency and duration of prevention of postoperative pain syndrome is studied at 70 women from 46 to 58 years old after uterus amputation according to data of visual and analog scale of pain, maximum aggregation activity of platelets, integrated indicators of haemodynamics, level of cortisol and glycemia at various ways of preoperative introduction of xefocam (lornoxicam). Results of research. Preoperative intravenous reinfusion of the autological erythrocytes incubated from 16 mg xefocam (lornoxicam), provides prevention of postoperative pain for 11 hours, slightly influences on maximum aggregation activity of platelets and significantly cuts down expenses on creation of painless comfort for the patient, in comparison with single intravenous intake of preparation before operation.
