Abstract

Objective:To explore the impact of Juan tong Decoction over the serum and peritoneal fluid sICAM-1 of Endometriosis rat and the ICAM-1 expression of Ectopic endometrial lesions. Methods:The SPF level of female SD rats were randomly divided into high, medium and low dose group,Gestrinone group, model group and blank control group,in order to observe the impact of Juan tong decoction over endometriosis rat serum and peritoneal fluid, digital expression of allogeneic endometrial lesions. Results:The peritoneal fluid sICAM-1 level of high, medium and low-dose group and Gestrinone group were significantly lower than the model group, and the peritoneal fluid sICAM-1 level reducing between high, medium and low dose group was dose-effect relationship; high,medium-dose group and Gestrinone group of rat ectopic endometrial lesions express ICAM-1 were significantly lower than model group, and high, medium dose group of rat ectopic endometrial lesions ICAM-1 expression was reduced dose-effect relationship. The serum sICAM-1 level of high, medium and low-dose group and Gestrinone group were not significantly different between the model group. Conclusion:Juan tong Decoction could reduce the peritoneal fluid sICAM-1 level as well as ectopic endometrial lesions ICAM-1 expression, this may be one of the mechanisms in the treatment of endometriosis using Juan tong Decoction.
