Abstract

Parents, girlfriends/boyfriends, friends, school, work - in fact, almost everything - at one time or another causes problems for young people. Cognitive-behavioral therapy is an effective way to solve problems by establishing a connection between the three components - what a person thinks, what he or she experiences and what he or she does. The article reviews the general paradigm of cognitive behavioral therapy and describes specific techniques.
