[Clinical analysis of 1,553 cases of endometriosis].

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical symptom,diagnosis evidence,relevant laboratory test and instrumental examination in order to improve the diagnostic rate of endometriosis.Methods Clinical data of 137 cases of endometriosis treated in our center from January 2005 to June 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of the 137 patients,symptoms included algomenorrhea(72),chronic pelvic pain(21),algopareunia(9),acute abdominal pain(7),abnormal menstruation(13) and aciesis(10);some patients had multiple symptoms.In term of ultrasound examination results,cyst,multiple cyst and mixed lump(including lump in the abdominal wall incisions) were found in 71,26 and 29 patients respectively,adnexal mass was not found only in 11 patients;the positive rate of ultrasound examination was 91.79%.Positive serum CA125(level35 KU/L) results were found in 87 patients(63.5%).Conclusion The clinical manifestations of endometriosis are diverse,the combined analysis of symptom,ultrasound examimation and laboratory immunological test results can increase successful diagnosis rate.
