Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of P450arom in kinds of tissues and scar endometriosis. Methods The expression of P450arom was detected by immune-histochemistry(the method of streptaridin-peroxidase,SP method)in fat tissue around three kinds of incision(the focus of infection, subcutaneous adipose tissue under abdominal-wall incision of cesarean section and lateral episiotomy incision. Results The expression of P450arom was higher in fat tissue around the scar endometriosis than that in subcutaneous adipose tissue under abdominal-wall incision of cesarean section and lateral episiotomy incision(P0.05).While the expression of P450arom in subcutaneous adipose tissue under abdominal-wall incision of cesarean section was higher than that under lateral episiotomy incision(P0.05).The expressions of P450arom in scar endometriosis showed no significant difference during the ovary period(P0.05).Conclusion High expression of P450arom was related to the occurrence and development of the endometriosis lesions. The expression of P450arom in the abdominal-wall fat tissue during the pregnancy was higher than that in perineum tissue that was relevant to the higher morbidity of the endometriosis in cesarean section than that in perineal incision.
