Diagnosis and treating analysis of diffuse adenomyosis in 15 cases

Objective To investigate the diagnosis of low field MRI and operation treatment of diffuse adenomyosis. Methods A retrospective analysis of 15 cases of uterine adenomyosis confirmed by operation and pathology. Results MRI showed a diffuse increase uterine muscular layer,patchy high signal in T1WI,the thickening muscular layer of uterus low signal zone with patchy high signal intensity in T2WI,the boundary was not clear.All cases were taken laparoscopic hysterectomy subtotal hysterectomy,the postoperative pathology were full compliance with the preoperative MRI imaging. Conclusions MRI is an ideal method for the diagnosis of uterine adenomyosis,and can guide further operation.
