Abstract
This scoping review will be conducted according to the JBI methodology and reported according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR) extension. It aims not only to map the existing molecular evidence but also to provide a translational framework linking biological mechanisms to clinical management. By integrating findings across experimental and human studies, this work seeks to bridge the gap between basic science and clinical practice, highlighting how hormonal therapies may influence key molecular pathways in endometriosis. Furthermore, this synthesis is expected to identify gaps in the current literature and to inform future translational and mechanistic research, supporting the development of more targeted and biologically grounded therapeutic strategies.
