The Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Gonadotropins Agent Combined Reverse Add Method in the Treatment of Endometriosis

Objective:To discuss the clinical curative effect of GnRH-a short-term application joint reverse add treatment for endometriosis.Methods:The writer's standing treated 62 patients with endometriosis were selected,and were randomly divided into the experimental group 32 cases and the control group 30 cases.The patients of two groups were in menstrual cycle up to 2 days of the gorbachev RuiLin 3.6mg subcutaneous injection,every 4 weekly,a total of three times ;The patients of experimental group based on this,the second time in injection GnRH-a at the same time,every day with 0.625mg of oral estrogen and progesterone 2mg,the end of therapy to 8 weeks.Results:the serum CA125 and hormone before and after treatment,pain VAS score difference was statistically significant(P0.05);After treatment,the experimental group E2 level was higher than control group,the incidence of hot flashes symptoms was lower the control group,difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:GnRH-a combination of estrogen and Ann palace with progesterone reverse add therapy in endometriosis is safe and effective.
