The authors examined the state of the hormonal profile and ultrasonographic markers of ovarian reserve in patients with infertility-associated with unilateral and bilateral ovarian endometriotic cysts. 118 patients with infertility and ovarian endometriotic cysts compared with the control group. Achieved hormonal study of basal FSH, LH, estradiol, anti-mullerian hormone (AMH), inhibin B, activin A in serum by ELISA and ultrasonography with estimation number of antral follicles and resistance index in the arteries of the ovarians. The presence of ovarian endometriosis in patients with infertility (2/3 of whom had a unilateral process), no adverse effects on biochemical markers of ovarian reserve, including the possibility of reducing antral follicles with unilateral endometrioma.
