Abstract
Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical efficacy of open surgical treatment of urinary tract endometriosis.Methods The hospital from December 2006 to December 2010 were treated urinary tract endometriosis 22 patients for open surgery and postoperative follow-up.Results All 22 patients were diagnosed by pathological analysis of endometriosis,urinary system,of which only 4 patients with bladder endometriosis line to get a clear diagnosis before surgery,and the line prior to surgery ureteral endometriosis who have not been diagnosed in 18 cases.All 22 patients in the 2 to 24 months of follow-up period symptoms are varying degrees of improvement,18 patients of the water is reduced significantly.Conclusions Early detection and early treatment and close follow-up to save the urinary system in patients with endometriosis,renal function is important the clinical efficacy of open surgical treatment of urinary tract endometriosis is ideal,should be widely applied.
