Clinical observation of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy for treatment of endometriosis and infertility

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effects of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy for treatment of endometriosis and infertility.Methods:The clinical data of 65 patients with endometriosis and infertility having received the combined treatment of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy from January 2010 to November 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The incidence rates of severe and moderate tubal obstruction were significantly different(P0.05).All patients had been followed up from 10 to 18 months,among which,27 mild patients were pregnant(75.00%),11 moderate patients were pregnant(57.89%) and 4 severe patients were pregnant(40.00%).The pregnancy rate of mild patients was significantly different from that of the moderate and of the severe patients(P0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy for endometriosis and infertility can effectively improve diagnostic accuracy and fertility of patients,especially mild patients,thereby worthy of clinical promotion and application.
