Tetrahydroquinoline derivatives

Abstract
A tetrahydroquinoline derivative compound according to formula 1 is disclosed. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising compounds of formula 1 are also described. The compounds are useful in the manufacture of a medicament for the control of fertility or the treatment of hormone-dependent disorders. The hormone dependent disorders may include breast cancer, prostate cancer and endometriosis. The described medicament may inactivate the FSH-receptor.
