Abstract
Objective:To analyze the character, types and treatment means of pelvic lump.Methods:The clinical data of 182 cases of pelvic lump from January 2001 to February 2005 were retrospectively analysed.Results:Among the182 cases, 104 (57.1%) ovarian tumor,96 (52.7%) benign tumor,4(2.1%) borderline tumor, 4(2.1%) malignant tumor, 36(19.7%) endometriosis, 30 (16.4%) pelic inflammatory lump, 12 (6.5%) others.Conclusion:The incidence of ovarian tumor is the first. Exploratory laparotomy is indispensable to find early and treat ovarian malignant tumor to improve the prognosis.
