Observation on the curative effect of drug adjuvant therapy for 145 cases after endometriosis surgery

Objective:To explore the curative effects of Goserelin and Dan'efukang soft extract used for adjuvant therapy of the cases after endometriosis surgery. Methods:A total of 145 cases with endometriosis were selected and divided into group A(Goserelin),group B(Dan'efukang soft extract),and group C(without drug therapy,receiving laparoscopic surgery only),then the clinical effective rates,recurrence rates,a nd pregnancy rates in the three groups were analyzed retrospectively. Results:The clinical effective rates in group A,group B,and group C were 79.5%,75.0%,and 51.1%,respectively;the recurrence rates in group A,group B,and group C were 11.4%,29.5%,and 34.9%,respectively;the pregnancy rates at one year after surgery in group A,group B,and group C were 81.8%,69.2%,and 30.8%,respectively. Conclusion:Goserelin and Dan'efukang soft extract used for adjuvant therapy of the cases after endometriosis surgery can significantly improve clinical effective rate and pregnancy rate,Goserelin can reduce recurrence rate obviously.
