子宫内膜异位症异位内膜组织中TNF-α、MMP-2蛋白的表达

Aim: To investigate the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) in the pathogenesis of endometriosis (EMs). Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the cxpression of TNF-α and MMP-2 in ectopic endometrium from 39 patients with EMs and the endometrium of 40 controls. Results: TNF-α and MMP-2 mainly expressed in plasma of glandular cell. The expressions of TNF-α and MMP-2 were significantly higher in patients with EMs than those in normal control (P＜0.05). Conclusion: the overexpression of TNF-α and MMP-2 may play an important role in the progress of EMs.
