Clinical diagnosis and analysis of hemorrhagic salpingits

[Objective]To investigate the clinical characteristics of hemorrhagic salpingits and to decrease the rate of misdiagnosis.[Methods]32 cases of hemorrhagic salpingits were analyzed retrospectively during the period of Jan.1998 to Oct.1999.[Results] There were 5 cases of hemorrhagic salpingits(15.6%)and 27 cases were misdiagnosed (84.4%)with Ectopic pregnancy and Ovariorrhexis and the rupture of Endometriosis cyst with ovary.[Conclusion] It is notable that hemorrhagic salpingits be diagnosed and treated early for avoiding the misdiagnosis.
