Abstract
Abstract This paper explores the challenges and strategies of managing startups in Lagos, Nigeria, focusing on key entrepreneurial activities. Lagos is the economic hub of Nigeria, with a rapidly growing ecosystem of startups. The article examines the unique environmental factors, such as access to capital, regulatory challenges, market opportunities, and talent acquisition, that affect the success of startups in the region. By using qualitative data from startup founders, this study identifies best practices and key challenges faced by entrepreneurs in Lagos. The findings highlight the importance of innovation, adaptability, and resource management in sustaining new ventures.
