Clinical analysis on 120 cases of endometriosis

Abstract

Objective: To discuss the clinical feature of endometriosis, and analyze the common cause of disease. Methods: Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 120 cases of endometriosis in our hospital from February 2005 to August 2007. Results: Among the 120 cases of patients, there were 60 cases of adenomyosis, 31 cases of exterior type, 29 cases mixed type. The main clinical symptoms of endometriosis included dysmenorrheal, abnormal menstruation, irregular colporrhagia, chronic ache of pelvic cavity, sterility, some patients had no symptom. Conclusion: The clinical features of endometriosis are various, to synthetically analyze the medical history, symptom and physical sign, then can improve the diagnosis rate.
