DISCUSSION ABOUT REASON OF ENDOMERTRIOSIS IN WOMEN UNDER 30 YEARS OLD AND THE RELATION BETWEEN ENDOMETRIOSIS AND STERILITY

Objective To study the reason of endometriosis in women under 30 years old and the relation between endometriosis and sterility. Methods Reivewing the cases of medometriosis who was treated in our department. Results 46.8% of the total having endometriosis. Among them, the virgin occupied 22.06%,the married one,who was diagnosed as inferlity made up to 33.82%, 3.82%of them had ever pregnancy, all patients had not taken operation or gotten gynopathy before, the mother of the proportion of 17.65% of the patients had dysmenorrhea.Conclusion The self factor play a key role in the happening of the endometriosis.Patients who have I period endometriosis have high pregnant rate (85.71%) before operation, and these patients can been cured conservatively. The patients who have Ⅲ and Ⅳ period can not pregnancy, so operating can make high pregnancy rate. Dysmenorrher can be transmitted from the mother to the danghter, the synptiom painful menstruation of the married womem or the un- married,it should have enough attention, systematical examination, and regular cure, in order to reduce the rate of infertertililty, The endometriosis often happen in the ovaries, especially in the left.
