Abstract
Radical trahelectomy is an indication for surgery among patients with IIA stage of cervical cancer (FIGO) for the preservation of reproduction function. Pregnancy rate after RAT is not above 12-33%, miscarriages in 1 и 2 trimester are 27%, premature birth rate reach 75%. One of the main reason is functional incompetence of uterine-vaginal anastomosis. From year 2011 we done 12 laparoscopyc cervical cerclage for improvement conditions of pregnancy preservation. 7 patients were after cervix amputation, 5 after trahelectomy.
