Abstract
Objective: To observe the influence of mifepristone on ovarian function and levels of serum CA125,HE4 and CA199,inflammatory factors of patients with endometriosis. Methods:A total of 58 patients with endometriosis treated in our hospital from September 2009 to March 2012 were selected as research object, and they were randomly divided into control group(danazol group)and observation group(mifepristone group)with 29 cases in each group.then Related indexes of ovarian function, serum CA125,HE4 and IL-4,TNF-α,TNF-β,hs-CRP,IL-8 of two groups before and 1,3 months after the treatment were detected and compared. Results:One and three months after the treatment, the improvement of ovarian function of observation group were all better than those of control group, serum serum CA125,HE4,IL-4,TNF-α,TNF-β,hs-CRP and IL-8 levels were all lower than those of control group. And the above mentioned levels detected 3 months after treatment were signficant better than that 1 month after the treatment(P all 0.05).Conclusions:The mifepristone can effectively improve ovarian function of patients with endometriosis, and it has active effect on the serum CA125,HE4,CA199 and inflammatory factors.
