Abstract

Objective :To investigate the analgesia mechanism of acupuncture therapy on treating endometriosis(EMT). Methods :30 SD rats were divided into three groups as the normal group,EMT model group, acupuncture group. The level of PGF 1α and PGE 2 in blood and endometrium were detected;and the content of Ca 2+ ,K +,Na +,Cl - in serum were checked. Results :Compared with normal group, the EMT model group has decreased clearly the content of PGE 2 in blood and endometrium, and increased significantly the content of PGF 1α ;the content of Ca 2+ in serum has been reduced ;but the content of Na +,Cl -,K + in serum has been increased.Compared with the EMT model group, acupuncture group increased clearly the content of PGE 2,decreaased the content of PGF 1α ,and the content of Ca 2+ ,Na +,Cl -,K + were also in normal level. Conclusion :Acupuncture therapy has its analgesia function on EMT rats by regulating the whole mechanism of EMT rats.
