Abstract
This report summarizes the scientific content and activities of the second edition of the Brazilian Student Council Symposium organized by the Regional Student Group Brazil (RSG-Brazil), a branch of the International Society for Computational Biology (ISCB). The event were held preceding the thirteen AB3C Conference (13th X-meeting 2017) in São Pedro, São Paulo, Brazil, on October 4, 2017.
