Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze the changes of the tissue and serum HE4,MMP,TIMP and HMGB1in patients with endometriosis. Methods:A total of 65patients with endometriosis were enrolled as observation group, and 65healthy women were selected as control group, then the tissue and serum HE4,MMP,TIMP and HMGB1of two groups were compared.Detection results of tissue and serum HE4,MMP,TIMP and HMGB1of in patients with different stages of endometriosis were also compared. Results:The positive rate of tissue HE4,MMP,TIMP and HMGB1of observation group were higher than those of control group, the serum content of HE4,MMP,TIMP and HMGB1were all higher than those of control group too,and the positive rate and content of patients with advanced stage of endometriosis were higher than those of patients with lower stage of the disease(Pall0.05).Conclusion:The tissue and serum HE4,MMP,TIMP and HMGB1levels in endometriosis patients are elevated and varied patients with different stages of the disease.
