Clinical investigation of endometriosis canceration

Objective To analyze the clinical manifestation of endometriosis malignant development of ovarian maligancy,and clarify the law of endometriosis canceration.Methods Of the 74 cases of new malignant ovarian tumor from January 2011 to June 2012 in Tianjin central hospital for obsterics and gynecology,7 cases were endometriosis malignant development of ovarian canceration.The clinical manifestation of the 7 cases was analyzed.Results Four cases had ectopic history of the 7 cases.Of the 7 cases,4 cases were endometriosis changed to clear cell carcinoma,2 cases changed to mucinous cystadenocarcinoma,1 case changed to ovarian undifferentiated sarcoma.Conclusion The clinical manifestation of endometriosis malignant development of ovarian malignancy was not typical.Therefore,clinicians should strengthen the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of this disease,so that early detection of the disease,early treatment can be made,and the patients'outcomes can be improved.
