Abstract
Objective:To investigate the usage of combined laparoscopy and hysteroscopy for diagnosis and treatment.Methods:From 2003.12 to 2005.12.126 patients with infertility were treated by surgery combined laparoscopy and hysteroscopy in this hospital.Results:Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease was the first cause for the infertility in 126 patients(58.73%)resulting in higher secondary infertility(P0.01).Endometriosis was the second cause(20.63%)and polycystic ovarian syndrome accounted for 14.29%,resulting in higher primary infertility than secondary infertility(P0.01).The postoperative pregnancy rate was 44.23%,4 patients ectopic pregnancy.Conclusion:The surgery combined laparoscopy and hysteroscopy has import value in the diagnosis and treatment of the infertility.
