Treatment of ovarian endometriosis with l aparoscopy operative in 92patients

Abstract
Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic treatment in patients with ovarian endometriosis.Methods: Ninty-two women with ovarian endometriosis were performed operative laparoscopy. Of these cases ,52 underwent signal oophorocystectomy, 12 underwent signal adnexectomy, 13 underwent bilateral oophorocystectomy, 11 underwent oophorocystectomy on one side and adnexectomy on the other side ,4 underwent bilateral adnexectom. Results:All patients were successfully managed by laparoscopy without major perioperative complications. No patient was turned to laparotomy. There were 59 cases in Stage Ⅲ,33 cases in Stage Ⅳ among 92 patients. Twenty-eight of 92 patients were infertility(28/92), the rate was 30.4%. Seventy-eight cases was followed up, the rate was 84.71%. Seven cases showed recurrence, the rate was 7.6%. Eleven cases conceived, the rate was 39.28%.Conclusions: These results suggest that laparoscopic operation is safe and feasible in treating ovarian endometriosis.
