Abstract
Postpartum atonic bleeding is still a major complication, often leading to death. The main cause of major blood loss is a delayed laparotomy to stop the bleeding.The method of ligation of the uterine main vessels does not require a high surgical technique and simultaneously preserves menstrual and generative functions.
