Reoperation for postoperative recurrence of endometriosis

Abstract
目的 探讨子宫内膜异位症术后复发再手术的可行性,再手术治疗的适应证和减少术后复发提高受孕方法,并分析手术难点.方法收集分析12例子宫内膜异位症术后复发再手术病例及术后随访生育情况.结果二次手术均应用腹腔镜手术,无中转开腹.复发再手术的难度大,出血量多.未生育8例中2例行根治性手术;随访2年,3例足月分娩.结论对自觉症状较重、要求生育的,再手术仍是一种积极的治疗方法.腹腔镜手术可提高术后怀孕数.术中手术困难时不强求彻底,尽量避免损伤周围脏器。
