Abstract
We present a genome assembly from a female Brown Silver-line moth, Petrophora chlorosata (Arthropoda; Insecta; Lepidoptera; Geometridae). The genome sequence has a total length of 512.00 megabases. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 32 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the Z and W sex chromosomes. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 15.54 kilobases in length. Gene annotation of this assembly on Ensembl identified 17,565 protein-coding genes.
