OA: closed

Abstract

To discuss the value of classical intrafascial supracervical hysterectomy (CISH). Sampling two group patients during 2000.5~2003.5:CISH group (62 patients) and abdominal hysterectomy (AH) group (60 patients). All operations are taken by the doctors of same group.Evaluate data such as operating time, blood lost, rate of postoperative fever, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative farting time, postoperative pain and antibiotics consumption. The rate of hospital stay, farting time and antibiotics consumption of CISH group is less than AH group (P<0.001),either postoperative fever and the blood lost (P<0.01). In CISH there is small incision, little bloodloss, short hospital stay, recovering time is faster. Thus,CISH is good for application.
