Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effect of hysteroscope combined with laparoscope on infertilitas feminis. Methods We analyzed the data of 54 cases of infertilitas feminis in our hospital from Jan. 2007 to June 2008 treated by hysteroscope plus laparoscope retrospectively. Results The major causes of infertility included tubal cause, endometriosis and abnormal uterine and ovarian, accounting for 51.85% , 20.37%,14.81% and 12.96%,respectively. The total rate of pregnancy was 59.26% in 54 cases in a 1.5-year follow-up period. Conclusion Hysteroscope combined with laparoscope can supply full visual diagnosis of the cause of infertility and timely treatment, which is safe and effective in the treatment of infertilitas feminis.
