Характеристика нозологических форм воспалительных заболеваний органов малого таза у женщин, госпитализированных в гинекологические стационары

The problem of inflammatory diseases of female genitals remains to be significant in clinical practice throughout many years. Despite many achievements in prevention, diagnostics and treatment as well as morbidity rate are still high. The goal of the study was monitoring of various nosological forms of inflammatory diseases of pelvic organs in women hospitalized in Khabarovsk gynecologic department (2008-2010) for estimation of efficiency of diagnostics. Retrospective analysis of 884 patients with inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs hospitalized in gynecological departments was performed. There was a combination of salpingitis / oophoritis with endometritis in 795 cases. Accurate diagnosis requires verification for rational rehabilitation therapy aimed at restoring the reproductive function of women.
