Analysis on efficacy of laparoscopy combined with drug for moderate and severe endometriosis

Objective To investigate the efficacy of laparoscopy combined with drug for moderate and severe endometriosis.Method For 22 cases of endometriosis in our hospital were as the No.1 therapeutic group,21 cases of endometriosis were as the No.2 therapeutic group,and 20 cases of endometriosis were as the control group.The three groups were given laparoscopy.The No.1 therapeutic group was given mifepristone.The No.2 therapeutic group was given gestrinone.The control group was not given drug.The clinical effect of the three groups were compared.Results The effective and recrudescent rates in the No.1 and No.2 therapeutic groups had not statistically difference.The effective rates in the No.1 and No.2 therapeutic groups were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The recrudescent rates in the No.1 and No.2 therapeutic groups were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The pregnancy rates in the No.1 and No.2 therapeutic groups had not statistically difference.The pregnancy rates in the No.1 and No.2 therapeutic groups were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with drug treating moderate and severe endometriosis can improve the efficacy and pregnancy rate,and reduce postoperative relapse.
