Abstract
Gynecologists perform two operative endoscopic procedures - hysteroscopy and laparoscopy. Several surgical lasers have now been used for laparoscopic operations and the Nd:YAG and CO2 lasers have been used at hysteroscopy. This article describes techniques of delivery of surgical laser used in gynecology for these two endoscopic procedures. In addition, a review of the clinical applications of these various lasers as used hysteroscopically and laparoscopically will be presented.
