Применение лапароскопии в диагностике маточно-перитонеального рефлюкса

The aim. of our research was to study effectiveness of laparoscopy in diagnostics of retrograde reflux of menstrual blood in abdominal cavity. The objects of the research were 546 patients of Chita Municipal Clinical Hospital N1 over 2005-2008 years. These patients were operated on account of indeterminate pain abdominal syndrome by means of urgent diagnostic laparoscopy with clinical and statistical analysis. We revealed that utero-peritoneal reflux in 69,2 % of women was caused by gynecologic pathology. Use of laparoscopy allows to diagnose retrograde reflux of menstrual blood in abdominal cavity exactly and promptly and. to prescribe proper conservative therapy.
