Abstract
The work is devoted to the study of the psychological characteristics of women with uterine cancer and endometriosis. The study involved 54 patients with uterine cancer and 49 patients with endometriosis. It is shown that women with gynecological diseases characterized by decreased activity, lack the ability to conduct a productive dialogue and constructive discussion tendency to avoid confrontations arising out of fear breaking a symbiotic relationship; undeveloped ability to adequate emotional abreaction worry in interpersonal situations. Described features personal sphere of women with uterine cancer and endometriosis. Women with uterine myoma different self-doubt, dismissive attitude to themselves, women with endometriosis are different ambitions and fantasies of power. Women with gynecological pathology, regardless of nosology, is inherent in the excessive growth of psychological defense mechanisms, leading to a low ability to recognize their errors, hampers the effective resolution of personal problems. A study of the psychological characteristics of women with gynecological pathology will create a program with the psychological care of maladaptive components, as well as relying on personal resources for women.
