TNF-α和MMP-3在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及其意义

Objective To investigate the expression and significanceof the TNF-α and MMP-3 in patients with endometriosis (EMs). Methods 20 cases with Ems (research group) and 20 cases with the uterine fibroid patients (control group) were selected. MMP-3 in endometrium was measured by immunohistochemistry method. Serum TNF-α and MMP-3 were measured by ELISA method. Results MMP-3 positioned mainly in the endometrial stromal cells of endometrium. The serum TNF-α and MMP-3, in research group were significantly higher than those in control group (P＜0.05). Expression of MMP-3 in normal endometrial proliferation was significantly stronger than that in secretory phase (P＜0.05). Conclusion High expression of MMP-3 in patients with EMs enhance and promote the transfer of the endometrium and infiltration. Rising of the serum TNF-α and MMP-3 promote new capillary formation and accelerated the development of EMs.
