Comparison between clinical characteristics of adenomyosis and hysteromyoma

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics,in order to improve the pre-operation diagnosis rate of adenomyosis.Methods Compare and analyze the clinical information of 32 cases of adenomyosis and 32 cases of hysteromyoma.Results The ages,symptoms and signs of the patients in the two groups were very similar.But dysmenorrhea was more prominent in adenomyosis,this difference was statistically significant(P0.01).Physical examine of gynecology show that in adenomyosis uterine enlargement was homogeneous and less than the 12 week of pregnancy and uterine body tender was more prominent than hysteromyoma(P0.01).The accuracy rate of B-ultrasonic are 62.5% and 93.8% to adenomyosis and hysteromyoma.respectively.The difference was also statistically significant(P0.01).In adenomyosis the level of serum CA-125 rose evidently,the positive rate was 71.4%;in hysteromyoma 14 peahens detection it but PR is 0.(Conclusion)Cardinal symptom and carefully physical examine of gynecology are the main ways for the differentiation of adenomyosis and hysteromyoma;B-ultrasonic and the detection of serum CA-125 are certainly valuable for improvement of the pre-operation diagnosis rate of adenomyosis.
