Abstract
Objective:To study the value of transvaginal color Doppler sonography(TV-CDS)in the diagnosis of uterus endothelial lesions.Methods:138 women with irregular uterine bleeding were studied.Transvaginal color Doppler sonography was used to measure the endometrial thickness(double layers)and assess blood flow in endometrium before fractional dilatation and curettage(DC).The histopathologic diagnosis of specimens was compared with findings on ultrasound. Results:The diagnostic accuracy rate was 93.4%(129/138),with RI(0.56±0.03)in the benign diseases,RI(0.34±0.07)in the endothelial carcinoma. The sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive values of 2-DTVS in detecting superficial MI were 60%,41%,53%,20%,in detecting deep MI were 87%,86%,80%,56%.There was statistical significance between the two groups.Conclusion:TV-CDS provids higher diagnostic accurcy.Color Doppler sonography has a certain value in differentiating benign diseases from malignant diseas.2-DTVS in detecting deep MI is superior to superficial MI.
