Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effect of psychological intervention nursing before laparoscopic oviduct ligation.Methods:104 cases of laparoscopic oviduct ligation were randomly divided into 2 groups:intervention group and control group,52 cases in each;routine psychological nursing was given to all the cases in both groups by ward nurses while specific psychological intervention nursing performed by nurses of operation room was added to cases in intervention group;the anxiety Scale,heartbeat,blood pressure in the 2 groups were compared.Results:The anxiety index,heartbeatand blood pressure of the patients in intervention group were much lower than those of the patients in control group(P0.05).Conclusion:The specific psychological intervention performed by nurses of operation room on patients before laparoscopic oviduct ligation is superior to the routine psychological nursing.
