Роль лапароскопии в лечении хронического тазового болевого синдрома у девочек

In article experience of laparoscopy in diagnostics and treatment of chronic pelvic pain syndrome at 167 girls at the age of 12-17 years is described. Gynecologic pathology is revealed at 136 patients and at the 31 girls chronic pains are connected with adhesive process after the performed surgeries and inflammatory diseases of small basin organs. As a result of research the algorithm of leading the patients with chronic pelvic pains is developed in which the laparoscopy is widely applied for the diagnostic and medical purpose.
